1. Damaged or Defective on delivery item/goods must have an attached delivery receipt. The couriers DAMAGE DESCRIPTION written clearly on the receipt is required. We strongly recommend all customers inspect item/goods when delivered by the courier. If you are not happy with the item/goods refuse to accept item/goods as DAMAGED. We can then claim for a FULL REFUND from the shipping company.
2.If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 14 (Fourteen) days after the purchase been comfirmed for a full refund. If returned damaged to us you will need to claim via your insurance taken out on your dispatch.
3. Please contact us immediately via email if for any reason you are not happy with item/goods. We will endeavour to sort out the problem as soon as possible with a satisfactory solution for both parties concerned. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
